A significant number of routes is usually returned to the user (limited to 300). For each route, starting materials proposed by the Spaya algorithms are displayed and ranked by default using an in-house AI score named RScore for RetroScore (the higher the better). A color code is associated to good RScore (green) to low Rscore (red).
Click on a clustered of routes and discover the different routes regrouped around the same first disconnection (highlighted in red). On each of those routes you will find the associated starting materials.
Once opened, retrosynthetic routes are presented in the form of a tree. Starting at the top of the screen with the synthetic target, the tree expands downward following the disconnection path and eventual synthetic ramifications.
