For each reaction of the route, a link to the patent/literature reference is provided. Additional information, including the name, duration, temperature, yield and procedure, is provided when available. Data related to reactions are provided by our partner NextMove Softwares (https://www.nextmovesoftware.com/) and its dedicated database, Pistachio.
Click on "References" to get the additional information and go through all the reactions that inspired our algorithm:
You can navigate through the reactions and pin the ones that you find interesting in order to have a quick access to them (available only if you saved the retrosynthesis). The reactions you pinned will be displayed on the PDF file you can generate from your saved routes. That way, you will have all the informations you need when printing your synthetic path.
